Geotechnical Engineering BAI’s Geotechnical Engineering staff has performed geotechnical reconnaissance and investigation services on a wide range of project types with differing site and soil conditions. Such projects have ranged from conventional residential, commercial and industrial structures to multi-story buildings and towers with complex loading conditions. Project sites have consisted of valley, hillside, and coastal areas; including waterfront and bluff top environments.
